Overview
The wash chamber contains a total of 8 special-bristle brushes, arranged side by side in pairs on pipes and side plates.
Each brush has an independent drive.
An elevator belt with carrier flights is located at the machine discharge, lifting products out of the water.
Products are conveyed by the counter-rotating barrels on both sides. Products remaining along the edges are also cleaned by side bristle brushes.
Operating speed can be adjusted according to capacity and product flow.
Manufactured from AISI 304 grade stainless steel.
