Overview
An elevator conveyor with carrier flights at the machine discharge lifts products out of the water. A total of nine spray nozzles, arranged in two separate units, are positioned on the inclined discharge side of the conveyor for final rinsing. Air collector pipes connected to a fan on the side of the machine introduce pressurized air to agitate the water in the tank, helping remove mud and similar debris from the products. Paddles mounted on the tank also advance products floating on the water toward the discharge. The machine is constructed of AISI 304 stainless steel.
