Overview
The drums are covered with bristle brushes made of special hard polyurethane material, which remove dirt from the product surface.
A spray pipe runs the full length of the machine and sprays pressurized water onto the product passing beneath it, allowing dirt to fall into the lower section.
A screw conveyor is located at the center of the machine to move products toward the discharge.
Side guards are provided to prevent water splashing.
A collection hopper beneath the drums collects water and debris.
The frame and profiles are manufactured entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel.
