Scraped-Surface Pasteurizer and Cooler

Overview
The pasteurizer consists of concentric drums operating together.
The outer surface of the tubular body has a natural finish, while the inner surface is cleaned. Removable Teflon scraper combs are installed on the inner drum.
A mechanical seal assembly is used for sealing at the end sections.
The inner drum is driven by a gearmotor. The pasteurizer gearmotor is controlled by one thermal switch.
Steam is supplied to the KURTSAN Scraped-Surface Pasteurizer for preheating, and the valves and steam traps used at the steam inlet and outlet are installed on the unit.
At the customer's request, the pasteurizer can be fully automated with proportional steam valve control, a PT100 temperature sensor, and control from one automation panel.
KURTSAN Scraped-Surface Pasteurizers can be manufactured as a group by increasing the number of units according to the required capacity.
Manufactured entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel.
