Used for pasteurization and sterilization applications.
Material: AISI 304 stainless steel (standard); AISI 316 stainless steel (optional).
Available with heat-exchanger heating and cooling, or with direct steam heating and heat-exchanger cooling.
Horizontally opening door with a pneumatic locking system; available with a single or double door.
Products can be easily loaded and unloaded using the chain basket transport system.
PLC-controlled automation system.

The retort includes a safety device that prevents pressure from increasing while the door is open and prevents the door from opening until chamber pressure has decreased to atmospheric pressure.
It also includes proportional safety valves for overpressure protection, audible and visual warning systems, and automation designed to protect the system.
The retort includes all accessories, such as proportional and on-off steam valves, a water valve, a compressed-air control valve, pressure switches, a pressure gauge, and a thermometer.
