Overview
Used for pasteurization and sterilization purposes.
Material: AISI 304 (standard), AISI 316 (optional).
Available with heating and cooling via heat exchanger, or with open-steam heating and heat-exchanger cooling.
Horizontally opening door with a pneumatic locking system; available with a single or double door.
Products can be easily loaded and unloaded using the chain basket conveying system.
PLC-controlled automation system.
Easy operation via touchscreen LCD display.
TUV NORD - CE certified.
Includes a safety mechanism that prevents pressure from increasing while the door is open and prevents the door from opening before chamber pressure has dropped to atmospheric pressure.
The system also includes proportional safety valves against overpressure, audible and visual warning systems, and automation designed to protect the system.
The retort is equipped with all accessories, including proportional and on-off steam valves, a water valve, a compressed-air control valve, pressure switches, a pressure gauge, and a thermometer.
