Circular Vibratory Screener

The Kurtsan Circular Vibratory Screener is used to separate products by different size grades, remove unwanted dust, and classify products. A single screener can be manufactured with five different size grades.
Its simple design allows for easy cleaning. It is also fully sealed against dust that may enter from outside.
High screening efficiency is achieved with special screens in different micron sizes, allowing products to reach the desired size and fineness.

Used for sizing and screening processed products with its specially designed configuration.
Equipped with a vibrator of the type and power required to provide vibration.
The frame and existing equipment are supported by a thick flange, which is connected to the fixed lower base with springs.
The aperture sizes of the screen wire vary according to the product being processed.

Diameter: Manufactured up to Ø 1,500 mm.
