Overview
The KURTSAN Surface Water Removal Dryer is used to remove water from products after washing. For surface drying, water is removed from the product surface using fans only, without heating, and products such as olives are then conveyed to the oiling unit.
The surface water removal system can be integrated into a production line and provide continuous flow. Its design ensures that products are turned over at least once during drying, providing uniform surface drying without product damage.
All metal components of the line that contact the product are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel. The modular belt can be easily installed and removed. The drive motor and gearbox assembly features adjustable speed, allowing belt speed to be controlled according to product capacity and required characteristics.
