Pallet Arranger & Magnetic Palletizer

Used for rapid palletizing of metal cans or jars.
Suitable for products in a wide range of diameters and heights through the effect of a strong magnetic field.
The three-section KURTSAN Pallet Arranger consists of an infeed conveyor, a hydraulic unit and magnetic table assembly, and an outfeed conveyor.
While the magnetic table stacks products on the pallet, products on the infeed conveyor are guided and arranged according to pallet dimensions.
The hydraulic unit and magnetic table move simultaneously, eliminating waiting times.
Once the products reach the desired arrangement, the outfeed conveyor is activated to prepare for pallet handling, and a new pallet is positioned.
Values for various sizes are saved through the PLC automation screen, and the appropriate selection is made on the PLC screen when changing products.
Easy operation is provided through a touch-screen LCD display.
