Overview
Used for rapid feeding of cans or filled jars from pallets.
The system uses a powerful magnetic field to handle products in a wide range of diameters and heights.
The KURTSAN Depalletizer consists of three sections: a pallet feed infeed, a hydraulic unit and magnetic table assembly, and a discharge conveyor.
While products from one pallet are being fed at the infeed, another pallet remains ready for operation.
The hydraulic assembly and magnetic table move simultaneously, eliminating waiting time.
At the end of the discharge conveyor, a specially designed eccentric motor and vibration mounts guide products without jamming and with minimal time loss.
Values for different product sizes can be stored through the PLC automation screen, and the appropriate selection can be made on the PLC screen during product changeovers.
The touchscreen LCD display provides easy operation.
