Depalletizer for transferring empty glass jars and other non-magnetic products from pallets to conveyors.

Overview
Enables products unsuitable for magnetic depalletizers, particularly empty glass jars, to be transferred quickly from pallets to conveyors.
Suitable for empty glass jars, filled jars, and tin cans in different sizes and diameters.
The KURTSAN Glass Jar Depalletizer consists of four sections: an infeed conveyor, pallet loading table, discharge conveyors, and an optional pallet stacking unit.
After the pallet is positioned on the infeed conveyor, the products in the top layer are compressed from all four sides by pushers and moved onto the table.
The table is raised to the height of the discharge conveyor, and the products are pushed onto the discharge conveyor.
On the discharge conveyor, products are arranged into a single row.
Empty pallets are accumulated in the stacking unit.
The KURTSAN Glass Jar Depalletizer is equipped with mechanical and electronic safety systems designed to help prevent workplace accidents. It also includes audible and visual warning alerts.
Values for different sizes can be saved through the PLC automation screen, and the appropriate selection can be made on the PLC screen during product changeovers.
It can be operated manually or automatically.
The touchscreen LCD display provides easy operation.
