Overview
Used for rapid loading of cans, bottles, or jars to be sterilized or pasteurized in an autoclave from a conveyor into autoclave baskets.
The system is suitable for products in a wide range of diameters and heights through the effect of a strong magnetic field.
The four-section KURTSAN Automatic Basket Stacker consists of an infeed conveyor, magnetic table assembly, hydraulic unit, and basket loading section.
While the magnetic table stacks products in the basket, products on the infeed conveyor are guided and arranged according to basket dimensions.
The hydraulic unit and magnetic table move simultaneously, eliminating waiting time.
Once the products reach the required arrangement, the basket is discharged from the basket loading section via a rail system and placed onto a cart.
Values for various sizes can be saved on the PLC automation screen, and product changes can be selected from the PLC screen.
Easy operation is provided through a touchscreen LCD display.
