Automatic system for unloading sterilized or pasteurized cans, bottles, and jars from autoclave baskets onto a conveyor.

Overview
Used to rapidly feed cans, bottles, or jars that have been sterilized or pasteurized in an autoclave by transferring them from the autoclave basket to a conveyor.
Suitable for products in a wide range of diameters and heights through the effect of a powerful magnetic field.
The KURTSAN Basket Unloader consists of four sections: a basket unloading section, hydraulic unit, magnetic table assembly, and discharge conveyor.
The basket unloading section includes a rail system for bringing autoclave baskets into the machine. The basket is separated from the cart at this point.
The basket lifted by the hydraulic unit and the magnetic table move simultaneously, eliminating all waiting time.
At the end of the discharge conveyor, a specially designed eccentric motor and vibration mounts guide products without jamming and with minimal time loss.
Values for different product sizes are saved through the PLC automation screen, and the appropriate selection is made on the PLC screen when changing products.
An LCD touchscreen provides easy operation.
