Overview
The KURTSAN Vibratory Filling Unit consists of six distinct moving sections.
The first section includes a product distribution shaker, which provides orderly movement of products into the machine.
The center section includes a product filling shaker, which transfers products from the distribution section to the filling shaker and prepares them for filling.
The front section includes a can and jar transport shaker. The transport shaker securely holds empty cans and jars, allowing them to advance smoothly.
This section can be adjusted according to can and jar height.
During jar and can filling, the unit handles products with exceptional care. Excess product is removed from filled cans or jars by air knives.
Products spilled during filling move along the lateral conveyor in the lower section and are returned to the distribution shaker.
The machine is PLC-controlled.
Except for the drive, plastic, and electronic components, the machine is constructed entirely of Cr-Ni Steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) stainless materials.
