Designed in two stages to obtain a higher pulp yield.
A turbo cutter breaks down products inside a chamber using blades mounted on the rotor shaft.
The broken-down products are reduced to a size that can pass through the openings of the screen located below.
The screen is selected according to the product.
The removable screen assembly allows easy maintenance and screen replacement.
The washing system cleans the blades and interior with pressurized water.
Material: AISI 304-grade stainless steel.
