Overview
Our pepper roasting machine uses a chain conveyor system.
The frame is divided lengthwise into three sections:
• The first section is where peppers are loaded onto welded wires on the chains.
• The second section is a closed-chamber system with an interior fully coated in refractory plaster and CFB insulation beneath it.
• The third section is where the roasted peppers exit.
The roasting machine is equipped with two burners operating on LPG or natural gas. One burner is installed in the first section and the other in the second section.
Chain speed is controlled from the control panel according to the required capacity and desired quality.
The machine can also be used for roasting eggplant.
