Fruit and Vegetable Pulper
A fruit and vegetable pulper for separating skins and seeds from products such as tomatoes, apples, apricots, cherries, plums, and olives.

Overview
This pulper has a capacity of 500–1,000 kg/h, depending on the product. The pulper’s inner chamber and screen section are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel sheet.
It separates seeds and skins from products such as tomatoes, apples, apricots, sour cherries, cherries, plums, and olives, processing them into pulp.
The feed hopper includes shaft bars to prevent coarse materials, such as crates and sacks, from entering. The product is fed into the pulper by a small auger.
The screen hole diameter will be specified by the customer. One rotor is located in the center of the screen, with three scraper blades connected to it.
Hard plastic materials are fitted at the points where the blades contact the screen. The product is pressed toward the screen by these scraper blades; the pulp passes through the screen openings, while skins and seeds are discharged from the outlet.
The rotor is driven by one 5.5 kW motor, with power transmitted through a belt and pulley arrangement. Skins and seeds discharged from the outlet are collected by the customer in a crate.
The product pulp exits from the lower center point of the pulper and is collected by the customer in a tub or cart.
