Overview
The KURTSAN Brine Filling Machine features a vertically adjustable filling box at the filling section, side splash guards, a transfer chamber for brine flow downward from the conveyor edge, and a heated lower brine tank with a U-shaped coil. A stainless steel centrifugal pump provides continuous fluid flow within the system.
Cans and jars filled with product enter the KURTSAN brine filling conveyor and exit filled with product and brine.
A float is provided at and in front of the brine inlet section of the heated lower brine tank.
The brine filling section is constructed of AISI 316 stainless steel.
The conveyor is 3,000 mm long and has adjustable speed control.
The conveyor will be manufactured with a stainless steel slat chain belt.
